In 2010, R.M. Petrie Builders and Sons was founded. Our current specialty is in the area of residential construction and home improvements. Our regular customers greatly value our personable nature and attention to detail. Our business is located in the heart of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

In 2021, we became an independent dealer for Enercept, Inc. Enercept helps us offer our customers, intricately customized designs of structural insulated panels (SIPS). SIP construction includes many of the same components as traditional construction but offers the benefits of a stronger structure, increased energy efficiency, faster installation, and overall, a more cost-effective project.
